The Community Health Improvement Partnership Story

 The sole purpose of the Community Health Improvement Partnership, is to financially assist youth sports organizations through donations & fundraising. Our assistance will help to fund equipment purchases, facility rentals, official's fees and transportation costs. We believe that Youth Sports Organizations are the backbone of any healthy community. They help our kids form friendships, build confidence & stay active in healthy pursuits..  These organizations also foster parental involvement & growth throughout Wilson County's many sports venues.  

 Our mission goes beyond the playing field. We are committed to providing a nurturing environment where young minds and bodies can flourish. To achieve this, we need your support. Together, we can create lasting memories, instill essential values, and foster a love for sports that extends far beyond the game.
